Amanda Mas-Spears has been proudly serving buyers and sellers since 2017, combining nearly a decade of experience with genuine care, patience, and dedication. From Suffolk and Nassau to Queens, she guides clients through one of life’s biggest transitions—moving—with calm guidance and genuine care.
Amanda first became an agent to create balance in her life: building a career she could be proud of while staying fully present for her growing family. Along the way, she discovered her true calling—helping people find not just a house, but a place to call home.
With a background in higher education and student services at The Ohio State University, the University of Connecticut, and Stony Brook University, Amanda has always been in the business of guiding others through change. The skills she honed in advising, conflict resolution, and crisis management now shine through in her real estate practice, where she offers calm guidance, clear communication, and strong advocacy.
Amanda chose Howard Hanna Coach Realtors for its unparalleled resources, trusted reputation, and, most importantly, the sense of family and community she found there. She thrives in an environment where colleagues celebrate one another’s victories and work together to lift clients higher.
Her greatest strength as an agent lies in the deep personal connections she forms. Amanda treats each transaction as if it were for her own family—listening closely, advocating fiercely, and ensuring her clients feel supported and understood every step of the way. Known for being warm, detail-oriented, and dependable, she helps her clients make confident, informed decisions. To Amanda, moving isn’t just about changing houses—it’s about truly unlocking your happy.
Amanda holds a B.S. in Education from St. John’s University and an M.A. in Higher Education from The Ohio State University. She and her husband, a third-generation carpenter and contractor, share a love for DIY projects and home renovations. Together, they also give back to the community—building sets for the local high school arts program and supporting Holiday Magic, a nonprofit bringing joy to children and families during the holidays.
When she’s not helping clients, Amanda can be found making memories with her three young children, cheering on Ohio State football, or winding down with a good book by the firepit. Originally raised in northwest New Jersey, she has proudly called Long Island home for over 20 years.
For Amanda, real estate is more than a career—it’s about guiding families with care, building trust through education, and helping every client find the place where their happiest memories will be made.
